FOLLOW YOUR INTUITION

With anxiety, you keep going down the same road everyday- fear.Â
And you end up in the rabbit hole- symptoms.Â
And you feel stuck.Â
And it is hard to get out of that.Â
I completely understand. Every day I did the same thing and expected it to be different. I thought I could just will myself out of the rabbit hole of symptoms and get well.
In time I learned not to follow what my brain was telling me was dangerous.
I learned not to go down that same path every day, but to follow a new path.
One full of gratitude and belief. It was less familiar to me, but it felt good.
And in time this new road became habit. Â
You can absolutely get out of anxiety. You got this. Believe in something different. Follow your intuition, not your fearful thoughts and watch your world change.Â
